About NestHunt

Housing is the largest transaction most people ever make, and the least legible

It runs across a portal, an agent, a bank, a lawyer and a registry, none of whom share a record. NestHunt exists to put those parties on one set of rails: AI to price the asset honestly, and smart contracts to move the money against milestones everyone can see.

Mission

Make a global housing transaction as legible as a bank transfer

Not as simple. A property purchase is genuinely complicated and pretending otherwise helps nobody. But it should be legible: you should be able to see what a place is worth, where your money is, what has to happen before it moves, and who is responsible at each step.

Show the working

A number without its evidence is a marketing claim. Every valuation carries its confidence band, its comparables, the model version and the data cut-off, so you can disagree with it on the facts.

Ranking is not for sale

Recommendations rank on your criteria and your behaviour. Sponsored placement exists, it is labelled, and it never blends into organic results. Selling the top of a housing search is how portals lost trust.

One record, many parties

Buyer, agent, lender and title company work inside the same transaction record. Most property failures happen in the gaps between separate systems, not inside any one of them.

Say the difficult part out loud

Thin secondary markets, self-custody key loss, model uncertainty and jurisdictional risk are all on this site in plain language. A platform that hides them is not being user-friendly, it is deferring a problem.

Security and transparency

What we do, and what we deliberately cannot do

Transparency is only meaningful when it includes the limits. NestHunt cannot recover a self-custody wallet, cannot reverse a confirmed on-chain transaction, and cannot guarantee a model output. Those are properties of the design, not gaps in it.

Contracts audited before deployment

Settlement contracts are independently audited before they go live and re-audited after material change. Deployed addresses and audit position are published so members can verify rather than trust.

Funds sit in escrow, not with us

Money committed to a transaction moves into a contract, not into a NestHunt account. Release is governed by the milestones the parties agreed at signing, with each party holding a signing key.

Personal data stays off-chain

Identity documents are never written to a public network. Verification is recorded as an attestation confirming a check passed, and the documents themselves stay in restricted storage.

An open disclosure channel

Vulnerability reports are monitored every day of the year. Confirmed incidents affecting members are disclosed directly, with what was affected and what was done about it.

The limits, stated plainly

  • A self-custody wallet cannot be recovered by NestHunt if you lose your recovery phrase.
  • A confirmed on-chain transaction cannot be reversed by anyone, including us.
  • An AI valuation is an estimate, not a survey, and will not find structural or title defects.
  • A smart contract governs funds and milestones. It does not replace the legal instruments that transfer property.

The full position is in the risk disclosures and the terms of service.

The ecosystem

Three groups, one set of rails

NestHunt is the infrastructure between two audiences whose incentives usually pull apart. Putting both on the same record is what makes the incentives line up.

Members

Home seekers on Bronze through Platinum. They search, value, save, pay and, at Platinum, take fractional positions.

Partners

Agents, brokerages, real estate professionals, title companies and lenders on Titanium. They supply inventory, receive scored leads and administer settlement.

Infrastructure

The valuation models, the escrow contracts, the wallet and conversion rails, and the savings vaults. This is the part NestHunt builds and is accountable for.

Where NestHunt operates

Coverage is defined by where partners are licensed and where payment rails are available, rather than by where a listing happens to be. Regulation of digital assets and tokenized property differs between these regions, and a feature available in one may be restricted in another.

The FAQs cover memberships, payments, model accuracy, security and settlement. The risk disclosures cover what can go wrong. Both are written to be read, not to be scrolled past.
